Job Description

Avant-Tech is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources operations from our Ikeja, Lagos office.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment of engineers and technical staff to managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with all Nigerian labor laws. You will align HR strategies with the company's business objectives, fostering a productive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • B.Sc./HND in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 6+ years HR experience within engineering, construction, or manufacturing
  • CIPM certification preferred; SHRM/HRCI is an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Experience managing both corporate and site-based employees
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and HR systems knowledge
