Job Description

TotalEnergies is actively seeking a motivated and recently graduated RH Project Manager (Diversity & Engagement) to join its dynamic OneTech division in Courbevoie, France.

This is a full-time apprenticeship opportunity designed for individuals eager to launch their careers in the energy sector. You will play a key role in developing and implementing initiatives that foster a work environment where every employee feels valued, respected, and has a strong sense of belonging.

Your responsibilities will include managing the "Allyship" project, coordinating workshops, tracking KPIs, and contributing to other critical HR projects focused on preventing inappropriate behavior, organizing diversity and inclusion events, and analyzing employee engagement surveys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the "Allyship" project, focusing on creating a valued and respected work environment.
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops, including managing registration platforms and daily coordination with stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for diversity and engagement projects.
  • Develop recommendations for project evolution based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate with the project manager and external providers for continuous project oversight.
  • Contribute to projects related to preventing inappropriate behaviors, such as sexism.
  • Organize and support events like "Care Week," "D&I days," and "International Day of Persons with Disabilities."
  • Pilot and share results from TotalEnergies Pulse Survey engagement surveys.
  • Facilitate the network of "Better Together" ambassadors, including organizing steering committee meetings.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate with a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources.
  • Understanding of inclusion, diversity, engagement, Quality of Work Life (QWL), and internal mobility.
  • Experience in managing short and long-term projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly with HR data.
  • Autonomy, rigor, and a strong team spirit.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Professional fluency in English.
