Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports.
  • Utilize HR technology tools effectively for operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of progressive HR experience.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the IT or Real Estate industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or a Master's degree are strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, recruitment, talent management, and performance management.
  • Tech-savvy with tools like Google Meet, Teams, and Stack.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive change, build relationships, and make fair decisions under pressure.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Reside close to Lekki Phase 1.
  • Demonstrate integrity, diligence, collaboration, professionalism, and strong work ethics.
