Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports.
Utilize HR technology tools effectively for operational efficiency.

Qualifications

5-10 years of progressive HR experience.
At least 2 years in a leadership role.
Experience in the IT or Real Estate industry is an advantage.
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or a Master's degree are strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, recruitment, talent management, and performance management.
Tech-savvy with tools like Google Meet, Teams, and Stack.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to drive change, build relationships, and make fair decisions under pressure.
Must be fluent in English.
Reside close to Lekki Phase 1.
Demonstrate integrity, diligence, collaboration, professionalism, and strong work ethics.
