Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports.
- Utilize HR technology tools effectively for operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of progressive HR experience.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the IT or Real Estate industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or a Master's degree are strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, recruitment, talent management, and performance management.
- Tech-savvy with tools like Google Meet, Teams, and Stack.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive change, build relationships, and make fair decisions under pressure.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Reside close to Lekki Phase 1.
- Demonstrate integrity, diligence, collaboration, professionalism, and strong work ethics.
