As the HR Shared Services Manager, you will oversee critical HR functions, ensuring seamless delivery and continuous improvement across talent acquisition, HRIS optimization, reporting, project management, and overall HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Build strong talent pipelines for key roles.
- Improve candidate experience and employer branding.
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning initiatives.
- Lead seamless HR optimization efforts.
- Improve automation, workflows, and dashboards.
- Ensure data integrity and system efficiency.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement in HR processes.
- Develop HR dashboards and executive reports.
- Analyze data and provide actionable, data-driven insights.
- Track KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide periodic management reports.
- Lead and coordinate HR projects.
- Drive initiatives from planning to execution.
- Support policy implementation and change initiatives.
- Ensure timely delivery and measurable impact of HR projects.
- Drive process improvement and standardization within HR.
- Enhance HR service delivery and efficiency.
- Support day-to-day HR shared services delivery.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in HR with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition and shared services.
- Proven end-to-end recruitment experience across multiple functions/levels.
- Hands-on experience managing an HRIS (SeamlessHR experience is a strong advantage).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; comfortable working with data.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage.
