Job Description

The Geekz Connect is actively seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join a client in the vital LPG Haulage and Heavy-Duty Equipment sector. This role is crucial for maintaining a cohesive and efficient team, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes.

As a Human Resources Officer, you will be instrumental in managing the entire employee lifecycle. This includes overseeing recruitment processes from start to finish, facilitating seamless onboarding, and meticulously maintaining staff documentation. You will also play a key role in fostering positive employee relations, expertly handling disciplinary matters, and resolving conflicts to ensure a harmonious workplace.
