TECHY GEEKS, a leading technology-driven recruitment and staffing organization with over 11 years of expertise, is seeking a passionate HR Executive – Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team.

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end non-IT recruitment, including candidate sourcing through various platforms like Naukri, Jobhai, Apna, LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals. Your role will involve meticulous resume screening, shortlisting, conducting telephonic and preliminary interviews, and coordinating subsequent interviews.

Key responsibilities also include offer negotiation, managing joining follow-ups, and fostering strong candidate relationships. You will maintain recruitment reports and trackers, striving to achieve hiring targets and ensure timely closures. We welcome graduates, MBA (HR) preferred, with 0-6 years of experience, including freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end Non-IT Recruitment processes
  • Source candidates effectively through various platforms (Naukri, Jobhai, Apna, LinkedIn, Indeed, Database & Referrals)
  • Perform resume screening and shortlisting of qualified candidates
  • Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage offer negotiation and follow up on candidate joining
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment cycle
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and trackers
  • Achieve hiring targets and ensure timely closures of open positions

Qualifications

  • Graduates / MBA (HR) Preferred
  • 0-6 Years of overall experience (0-3 Years of Recruitment Experience preferred)
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in Recruitment are welcome
  • Immediate Joiners Preferred
