Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from crafting job postings and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating new hire onboarding.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns, actively facilitating conflict resolution and promoting robust employee engagement.
  • Support the implementation of effective performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and constructive feedback sessions.
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures are current, fully compliant with labor laws, and effectively communicated across the organization.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of impactful training programs aimed at fostering employee development and enhancing critical skills.
  • Maintain meticulous employee records, HR documentation, and accurate reporting, ensuring strict confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Support the administration of comprehensive employee benefits programs and ensure the accuracy of payroll processes.

Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Bring 2-4 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar comprehensive HR role.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of core HR principles, best practices, and relevant labor laws.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be proficient in utilizing HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Possess the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team, adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred, though not strictly mandatory.
