Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee visa applications, renewals, and cancellations in coordination with relevant government authorities.
- Handle daily HR administrative activities and maintain accurate employee records.
- Monitor employee attendance, timesheets, and timekeeping systems.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
- Prepare HR-related reports and maintain confidential documentation.
- Provide general support to employees regarding HR matters.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE.
- Proven experience handling employment visas, renewals, and cancellations.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR procedures.
- Experience with timekeeping and attendance management systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
