Job Description

We are actively seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to become an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support in streamlining interview coordination and enhancing candidate communications, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment journey for all applicants.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing various aspects of the hiring process. This includes meticulously coordinating interviews, maintaining comprehensive recruitment trackers, facilitating timely and professional communication with candidates, and providing robust support for hiring activities across a diverse portfolio of projects and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and clients.
  • Communicate all interview details and subsequent updates to candidates promptly and professionally.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview confirmations, attendance, and post-interview feedback.
  • Track interview outcomes, candidate statuses, and manage any no-show cases effectively.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, trackers, and reporting tools with accuracy.
  • Prepare and distribute daily and weekly recruitment reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support recruiters throughout the entire hiring process, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Ensure a consistently positive candidate experience from initial contact through to offer stage.
  • Assist with various recruitment administration and coordination activities as required by the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in Recruitment Coordination, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple interview schedules and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Professional communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.
  • Previous experience within recruitment, manpower supply, or contracting companies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with recruitment and workforce mobilization requirements for industrial and mega projects is a distinct advantage.
  • Candidates with prior experience supporting projects for major organizations such as Saudi Aramco, NEOM, YASREF, KEMYA, SABIC, or Royal Commission will be highly regarded.
