Twinsfaja Supermarket is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Officer to join our dynamic team in Sangotedo, Lagos. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to manage responsibilities effectively.
Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
