Job Description

TheChefz is seeking a dedicated HR Operation Specialist to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting and executing comprehensive HR operational activities, ensuring strict compliance with Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and internal procedures.

You will manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and oversee critical HR administration tasks. This position requires meticulous attention to detail in government relations coordination, documentation, and maintaining accurate employee records. Your expertise will ensure efficient HR operations and contribute significantly to a positive employee experience within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain employment contracts, amendments, HR letters, and employee documentation in compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
  • Ensure employee records are accurate, up-to-date, and maintained within HR systems and personnel files.
  • Administer employee attendance, leave management, and other HR operational processes.
  • Coordinate with Government Relations (GRO) regarding employee-related government services, including GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, and other regulatory platforms.
  • Support payroll preparation by ensuring accuracy of employee data, attendance records, deductions, and allowances.
  • Monitor employee probation periods and coordinate performance review documentation with managers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and internal HR procedures.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, contracts, and employment matters.
  • Assist in developing and improving HR policies, procedures, and operational workflows.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information and HR records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations or Human Resources.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience with HR systems such as Jisr, Odoo, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with government platforms including Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
