Oriki Spa is seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria.
In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and cultivating new market opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and onboarding key clients. Your responsibilities will include supporting business development projects, preparing compelling proposals, and maintaining robust relationships with partners and stakeholders.

- Identify and develop new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities.
- Source, onboard, and manage strategic partners and affiliates.
- Support execution of business development projects and initiatives.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and market insights.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Track partnership performance and engagement activities.
- Support communication across campaigns, newsletters, and digital platforms.
Qualifications
- B.Sc./HND in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Revenue-driven and commercially aware mindset.
