We are seeking a strategic and analytical Human Resource Manager to lead our comprehensive HR functions and drive organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Design and manage the organization's performance management system, including KPIs and appraisals.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
  • Manage disciplinary processes, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate staff learning, development, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and leverage HRIS for reporting and analytics.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, CIHRM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
