We are seeking a strategic and analytical Human Resource Manager to lead our comprehensive HR functions and drive organizational performance.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, policy development, learning and development, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and workforce planning. Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Design and manage the organization's performance management system, including KPIs and appraisals.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Manage disciplinary processes, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate staff learning, development, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Maintain accurate HR records and leverage HRIS for reporting and analytics.
- Prepare periodic HR reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, CIHRM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
