We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Ikoyi, Lagos. This hybrid role is crucial for providing expert HR support to our assigned client accounts.

You will be responsible for managing outsourced workforce operations, building strong client relationships, and overseeing the entire employee lifecycle. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for assigned client accounts, providing strategic and operational HR support.
  • Manage outsourced workforce operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted HR advisor.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management for client organizations.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance resolution, and performance management.
  • Administer payroll accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor attendance, leave administration, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and support account management activities for assigned clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient HR consulting and outsourcing solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years' post-NYSC experience as an HR Business Partner within an HR Consulting, HR Outsourcing, or Workforce Management environment.
  • Demonstrable experience managing client accounts and outsourced employees is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in payroll administration, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience handling employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/HR management systems.
  • CIPM certification or membership is an added advantage.
