Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished HR Operations Lead to ensure the efficient and effective execution of all HR operations across our organization. This pivotal role serves as the primary custodian of HR processes, employee relations, compliance, and workforce administration.

You will drive operational excellence, enhance workforce productivity, ensure policy compliance, and elevate the overall employee experience. Additionally, you will act as a strategic HR Business Partner, supporting business leaders in achieving critical organizational goals within a fully onsite, 40-hour work week environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient execution of HR operations and manage the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary custodian of HR processes, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Drive operational excellence, workforce productivity, and policy adherence.
  • Enhance employee experience and support business leaders as an HR Business Partner.
  • Oversee compliance and governance related to HR policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to HR Operations and Employee Relations.
  • Proven experience serving as an HR Business Partner in a manufacturing, agribusiness, FMCG, logistics, or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
