Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage HR and administrative operations
  • Develop performance management systems and processes
  • Coordinate training, learning, and development programs
  • Drive talent management, succession planning, and engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations and company policies
  • Manage recruitment, retention, and workforce planning
  • Supervise administrative and facility management functions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ HR management experience (pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage)
  • Experience in performance management and employee training & development
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, etc.) is an added advantage
  • Willingness to relocate is welcome
