Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ HR management experience (pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage)
- Experience in performance management and employee training & development
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, etc.) is an added advantage
- Willingness to relocate is welcome
