Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Operations Officer to lead and optimize the human resources function within our organization. This pivotal role involves overseeing all operational aspects of HR, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, benefits administration, and offboarding. You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of HR processes and policies, while also proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficiency-enhancing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR technologies, driving their maintenance and optimization. Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthen and continuously improve the impact of the Human Resources team through process simplification, technology enhancements, and integration with other HR processes and talent initiatives.
  • Consult with employers to identify and address employment needs.
  • Provide a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing short and long-range staffing plans to meet forecasted mission requirements, address human capital losses, and adapt to changes in critical competencies.
  • Gather data and statistical reports, and assist with composing correspondence, memoranda, reports, and other HR documents.
  • Maintain and update human resources documents, including organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, and performance evaluation forms.
  • Confer with management to develop or implement new personnel policies or procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR policies in line with business needs, legislative requirements, or industry standards.
  • Provide daily HR support and advice to all centers, ensuring the implementation of policies, systems, and procedures, and continuous improvement in compliance with local and international rules and regulations.
  • Provide expertise in strategy development and execution, as well as planning and facilitation of employee relations efforts.
  • Offer comprehensive HR support to the business, including documentation and approval processes, assisting with the development of accurate job descriptions, and implementing policies such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and absence management.
  • Research, monitor, and enforce policies to ensure compliance with applicable internal policies/procedures and legal requirements.
  • Facilitate communication among employees and management, guiding managers and employees on problem-solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and litigation avoidance.
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of labor relations, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, diversity, and compensation programs.
  • Provide incident/case management for employee grievances and disciplinary actions, including data support for administration.
  • Assist management with training and development programs, ensuring appropriate HR-related compliance training is delivered and completed by all employees.
  • Collaborate with leaders to ensure development plans are in place, tracked, and challenge leaders to set a high-performance bar.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or any Related Technical Certificates.
  • Minimum of 5 years of overall working experience.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in HR operations.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience within the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region is a significant advantage.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, payroll administration, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating HR data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll software.
  • Experience in project management and change management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
