Job Description

Waad Education, a leading educational institution in Jeddah, is seeking a dedicated HR Operation Supervisor to manage daily human resources functions. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance within the school environment.

  • Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in payroll administration and attendance management is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
