Job Description

Invygo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This hybrid leadership role encompasses both strategic HR partnering and comprehensive operational ownership, making you a pivotal figure in driving organizational effectiveness and ensuring seamless HR functions.

You will be instrumental in supporting business leaders, translating their needs into actionable HR strategies, and overseeing all aspects of HR operations. This includes managing payroll, administering the entire employee lifecycle, and ensuring strict compliance with Saudi labor laws and government regulations. Your expertise will guarantee the accurate and timely execution of HR processes, payroll delivery, and full adherence across all relevant HR and government platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and translate them into HR actions and solutions.
  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, and restructuring initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, employee matters, and people-related decisions.
  • Support change management initiatives and organizational effectiveness programs.
  • Guide employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Drive performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, and evaluations).
  • Support managers in performance discussions and PIP processes.
  • Participate in talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Identify capability gaps and support development initiatives.
  • Own and execute the end-to-end monthly payroll process.
  • Prepare, calculate, and validate payroll inputs including salaries, variable pay, overtime, allowances, commissions, deductions, leave balances, and payroll adjustments.
  • Process final settlements and end-of-service benefits in compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely payroll execution.
  • Coordinate with Finance for payroll funding, validation, and salary disbursement.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll inquiries.
  • Own and manage all HR-related government platforms, including Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, HRSD, and other applicable government portals.
  • Ensure timely execution of all transactions and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain full compliance with Saudi labor regulations and reporting obligations.
  • Resolve issues and escalations with government authorities when required.
  • Manage full employee lifecycle processes, including employment contracts (new hires, renewals, amendments, terminations), employee onboarding and offboarding, probation tracking and confirmations, employee records and personnel file management, and issuance of employment certificates and official HR letters.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee documentation.
  • Support visa and work permit documentation where applicable.
  • Manage and follow up on immigration-related processes, including visa applications and renewals, Iqama issuance and updates, and government approvals and submissions.
  • Coordinate with external service providers and PROs.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory immigration requirements.
  • Administer HR operational systems and employee services, including HR platforms, internal HR systems, and employee system access and updates.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data across systems.
  • Support HR process automation and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Provide daily operational HR support to managers and employees.
  • Advise on Saudi labor law interpretation in practical situations.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Resolve employee and manager HR operational queries.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR processes across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of HR experience, including significant HRBP and HR operations exposure.
  • Strong experience in Saudi Arabia is required.
  • Solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government regulations.
  • Mandatory experience handling end-to-end payroll processing.
