Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned General Manager – Human Resources to lead our strategic HR initiatives. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing robust recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, particularly within the dynamic real estate sector.
You will be instrumental in organizing comprehensive training programs designed to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities. Furthermore, you will oversee a bi-annual performance appraisal system, ensuring fair and effective evaluation processes that drive employee growth and organizational success.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the real estate sector.
- Organize training programs to enhance employee skills/leadership.
- Oversee a half yearly performance appraisal systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development.
- Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5–7 years in a senior HR leadership role (e.g., HR Head, HR Director, or VP-HR).
- Strong background in corporate HR, business strategy alignment, and multi-functional collaboration.
- Experience in managing HR operations for large organizations, ideally in a diverse, multi sector environment like WTC.
- Exposure to global HR best practices and cross-border HR management is a plus.
