Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic NYSC corps member to join our dynamic People & Culture team.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fostering a positive workplace environment and enhancing the employee experience. While extensive HR expertise is not required, a genuine interest in people operations, workplace culture, and employee engagement is essential.

As part of the team, you will support various people and culture programs, assist in planning and executing engagement activities, and create internal communication materials. You will also serve as a friendly point of contact for employee queries and contribute innovative ideas to improve our work environment.
