Job Description
Talentpoel is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Expansion Lead to spearhead our growth initiatives in the United States, focusing initially on the Northeast region. This is a pivotal role for an individual eager to build and scale sales operations within a fast-growing global talent platform.
In this remote position, you will be responsible for developing and executing outbound sales strategies, forging strategic partnerships, and closing B2B deals for service packages and talent placements. You will also play a key role in establishing repeatable sales systems, contributing to U.S. market positioning, and eventually leading junior sales representatives as the team expands. - Own outbound and partnership strategy.
