Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager to lead our retail insurance sales efforts. This role is crucial for achieving ambitious sales targets in premium and policy acquisition, directly contributing to profitable revenue streams for the business and the group.

Your responsibilities will include identifying and developing new market opportunities, implementing strategies for market penetration, and deepening our presence. You will also be responsible for the recruitment and comprehensive training of Agency Sales Managers and Insurance Advisors within your coverage area.

Ensuring exceptional customer experience is paramount. You will focus on customer retention through proactive servicing and timely renewal of policies, aiming to maintain a persistency ratio of at least 75%. This role requires a strategic approach to delivering insurance needs efficiently and effectively.

  • Achieve sales targets for premium and policy count in the assigned region.
  • Deliver profitable revenue streams to the Business and Group.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a B.Sc. in any discipline.
  • A professional qualification in insurance is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in the Insurance industry.
  • Proven experience in sales and relationship management.
