You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their footwear needs, and providing a superior in-store experience. Beyond direct sales, your duties will include professionally managing customer interactions, utilizing digital tools for follow-ups, and driving repeat sales to enhance customer loyalty and achieve sales targets.
