Qualifications

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Ticketing Officer.
Strong experience in flight ticket sales and reservations.
Ability to generate ticket sales and close walk-in/corporate clients.
Experience in building and managing airline, travel, and corporate partnerships.
Sound knowledge of fare rules, reissues, refunds, and ticketing policies.
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
