Job Description
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to spearhead our growth in the Northern New Jersey and Connecticut restaurant market. This is a prime opportunity to join a leading SaaS company that provides essential revenue-driving technology to over 14,000 restaurants.
Our product delivers tangible ROI with short sales cycles, making it an attractive solution for restaurant owners. This role requires a proactive, outbound-focused approach, ideal for individuals who thrive on the chase and consistently close deals.
You will be responsible for building and managing your territory, engaging directly with SMB restaurant owners and multi-location operators. Your success will be measured by your ability to prospect daily, deliver compelling demos, and create urgency to close deals efficiently.
We are looking for a competitive, resilient, and highly motivated individual who excels in high-activity environments. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively are crucial. Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Own and build the Northern NJ + Connecticut territory
- Prospect daily through calls, email, in-person visits, networking, and industry events
- Run compelling, high-energy demos that clearly articulate ROI
- Create urgency and close consistently in a short sales cycle
- Develop deep knowledge of the Northern NJ + Connecticut restaurant landscape
- Become a recognized name in the restaurant community
- Partner with your regional team to refine messaging, share best practices, and drive market strategy
- Protect the brand by selling with integrity
Qualifications
- Proven hunter with strong outbound success required
- Experience selling to SMB decision-makers
- Comfortable operating in short sales cycles under 30 days
- Competitive, resilient, and motivated
- Energized by high activity and high-volume environments
- Skilled in prospecting, lead generation, and closing
- Confident delivering strong product demos and articulating long-term ROI
- Highly organized and effective at managing your time
- Relationship driven
- Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling throughout the Northern NJ and Connecticut territory multiple times a week
- Bonus: restaurant experience or SaaS experience in restaurant tech

- On-target earnings (OTE): $160K+
- 50% base / 50% commission structure
