Job Description

As part of a dynamic and passionate team of recruitment and sales professionals, you will leverage your energy and enthusiasm to drive firm growth by managing and expanding national and regional key accounts within the staffing and MSP sectors.

This pivotal role carries P&L responsibility, with the primary objective of growing and managing a diverse portfolio of accounts across technical, engineering, life sciences, and non-IT domains. You will also guide a delivery team, providing strategic direction to ensure success within your account portfolio.

Key responsibilities include managing and penetrating existing and new accounts to fulfill client staffing needs efficiently. You will develop strategic account plans, ensure continuous client satisfaction through regular onsite visits and rapport building, and monitor adherence to client policies. Furthermore, you will collaborate with recruiters by relaying precise client needs, oversee candidate screening, track client scorecards and recruitment metrics, and identify innovative methods to reduce turnaround times without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and penetrate existing and new accounts to fulfill client staffing needs within minimal time.
  • Oversee P&L Management and develop/maintain strategic account plans.
  • Ensure continuous client satisfaction and build strong client relationships through regular onsite visits.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to client policies and procedures.
  • Relay exact customer needs and opportunities to recruiters.
  • Ensure proper 360-degree screening for all candidates before submittal.
  • Track client scorecards, internal recruitment metrics, and healthy team ratios.
  • Find creative ways to reduce turnaround time without compromising quality.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience or education.
  • Experience in Contingent staffing and MSP-based clients.
  • Experience in one or multiple industries/domains such as IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Non-IT.
  • 5+ years of overall experience with a proven track record in the Staffing Industry.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters and client-facing experience.
