We are actively recruiting an experienced and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to contribute to our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and consistently nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, encompassing research, organizational mapping, outreach, prospecting, discovery, and lead qualification.
  • Initiate outbound communications via email, phone, and social media to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients through diverse prospecting methods (online campaigns, emails, phone, LinkedIn) and leverage relationships for new sales, business development, and brand strengthening.
  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives on strategic account mapping.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and record new lead and prospect information within the CRM.
  • Prepare essential meeting materials, including sales decks and business proposals, to support the sales team.
  • Engage with organizations, trade shows, associations, and local groups to participate in relevant events, build relationships, stay current with industry trends, and uncover sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales; lead generation experience is a significant asset.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated track record with a strong emphasis on new business development, including cold calling, appointment setting, client presentations, proposal development, and closing deals.
  • Proficient in online research and lead prospecting techniques.
  • Skilled in using MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM software.
  • Possesses initiative, is results-oriented, and exhibits a positive, outgoing personality.
  • An enthusiastic collaborator and a proactive self-starter.
  • Exhibits a 'hunter' mentality for sales opportunities.
  • Confident communicator via phone and email, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
