Job Description

Valsoft Corporation is seeking a dynamic Partnerships Manager to join its innovative team. This role is crucial for building and scaling the channel and reseller ecosystem for Viova, an AI-powered voice agent serving the automotive industry.

As a Partnerships Manager, you will own the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial sourcing and qualification to onboarding and ongoing growth. You will cultivate relationships with key industry players, including dealer group networks, automotive technology providers, DMS and CRM platforms, and OEM-affiliated programs. Your work will directly contribute to integrating Viova into dealership workflows across North America, driving revenue and enhancing customer experiences.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused position for a builder who thrives in dynamic environments. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive integration delivery, partner launches, and co-go-to-market initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO of Viova, you will have a significant impact on the commercial strategy of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and onboard partners across DMS providers, automotive CRMs, OEM programs, service scheduling platforms, dealer group networks, lead generation platforms, and adjacent automotive technology ecosystems.
  • Develop and execute a partner sourcing strategy aligned with Viova’s expansion roadmap, starting with franchised and independent dealerships and extending into multi-rooftop dealer groups, fleet operators, and automotive service chains.
  • Build repeatable partner onboarding playbooks, including qualification criteria, integration scoping, and launch readiness checklists.
  • Collaborate with partners on referral programs, reseller agreements, co-marketing initiatives, and joint go-to-market campaigns targeting dealer principals, service directors, and fixed ops leaders.
  • Track partner-sourced pipeline, revenue contribution, and performance metrics to ensure partnerships translate into measurable business outcomes.
  • Support partner sales enablement: equip channel partners and resellers with the positioning, materials, and training to effectively sell and recommend Viova to their dealer customers.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to scope, prioritize, and manage integration timelines — from initial partner requirements through testing and launch across DMS platforms, scheduling tools, and CRM systems.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between external partners and internal teams, ensuring integration work stays on track and partners have a consistent, professional experience throughout.
  • Own ongoing partner relationships: regular check-ins, QBRs, performance reviews, and escalation management.
  • Maintain partner CRM records, documentation, and internal playbooks.
  • Share structured market and partner feedback with Product and leadership to inform roadmap and go-to-market decisions particularly around dealer needs, competitive dynamics, and DMS ecosystem trends.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales within B2B SaaS or automotive technology.
  • Demonstrated experience working with dealer groups, OEM networks, or automotive technology companies; understanding of the industry structure and dealership-level decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to source, negotiate, and close partnership and reseller agreements.
  • Strong project coordination skills: comfortable managing multiple integration workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Builder mindset: ability to create and refine partner programs, playbooks, and processes from scratch.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills across technical and business audiences.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and API-based integrations.
  • North America based; ability to engage with dealer group decision-makers and automotive tech partners across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Direct experience in automotive retail technology: DMS platforms (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Tekion, DealerSocket), service scheduling tools, automotive CRMs, or OEM technology programs (Preferred).
  • Experience selling into or partnering with multi-rooftop dealer groups or automotive service chains at the enterprise level (Preferred).
  • Familiarity with fixed operations workflows and how technology fits into the service lane (Preferred).
  • Experience working with marketplace or platform ecosystems where integrations drive distribution (Preferred).
  • Familiarity with modern CRM and partner management tooling (HubSpot or similar) (Preferred).
  • Experience in a high-growth or early-stage SaaS environment where you had to build the motion, not just run it (Preferred).

Benefits & Perks

  • Build the partnerships function for an AI product in a large, underserved market automotive retail with a clear path to expand across the dealer services landscape.
  • Ground-floor opportunity: join as Viova establishes its own leadership team and commercial engine, with direct influence on strategy and direction.
  • Direct exposure to integrations, go-to-market strategy, and product influence from day one.
  • Backed by Valsoft / Tag Software Group, combining the stability and resources of a global portfolio with the pace and ownership of a startup.
  • Competitive compensation and strong growth potential as the partnerships function scales.
