Job Description
Triskele Labs, a premier Australian cybersecurity provider, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive commercial growth and client success. This role focuses on nurturing and expanding a portfolio of mid-market and corporate accounts, leveraging a deep understanding of cybersecurity threats and solutions.
You will act as a trusted advisor, developing multi-year maturity roadmaps and identifying expansion opportunities through value-driven relationships. A key aspect of this role involves utilizing AI and large language models daily to enhance account strategy, research, and client engagement, ensuring Triskele Labs remains at the forefront of the industry.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing position requiring genuine technical credibility and a consultative, partner-first mindset. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating complex technical information for executive audiences and driving growth through demonstrated value and strategic planning.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Own the commercial plan, forecast, and growth target for each account.
- Map and develop account plans to drive growth within existing client portfolios.
- Lead and manage renewals based on demonstrated value.
- Identify and convert cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct and present governance meetings to identify uplift and opportunities.
- Build and execute multi-year customer maturity roadmaps.
- Utilize AI and large language models daily for account strategy and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of growing an existing account base.
- Genuine technical credibility in cybersecurity to hold informed conversations.
- Working understanding of Microsoft E3 to E5, IDAM, DLP, and detection/response.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both executive and technical audiences.
- Consultative, partner-first mindset with strong ownership.
- Willingness to attend events outside standard hours and travel interstate when required.
