Job Description

Our client is seeking a seasoned Sales Team Builder and Sales Operator who has firsthand experience driving growth within a home service business. This is a hands-on role for an individual who has not only excelled as a top sales performer but has also been instrumental in building and scaling a high-performing sales team from the ground up.

You will be responsible for working directly with founders and small sales teams to implement scalable, repeatable sales systems. This role focuses on practical implementation rather than theoretical advice, requiring you to guide clients in recruiting and training sales representatives, developing effective playbooks, improving sales processes, and establishing robust accountability measures.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of in-home selling, appointment flow, objection handling, and sales culture development. Experience in industries such as foundation repair, HVAC, or roofing is highly preferred. Success in this role means enabling clients to hire productive sales reps, making revenue generation more predictable, and fostering a strong sales culture.

  • Understands what actually works in the field
  • Can speak from direct operational experience
  • Experience in foundation repair, waterproofing, HVAC, roofing, remodeling, restoration, plumbing, electrical, windows & doors, solar, or other in-home sales environments is highly preferred
  • Deep understanding of in-home selling, appointment flow and structure, objection handling, rep accountability, training consistency, sales culture development, rep ramp-up and performance management, and operational breakdowns during scaling
