Job Description

Master-Works, through its subsidiary Nabeh, is seeking a seasoned AI Sales Account Manager to spearhead revenue growth and manage key enterprise accounts. This role is crucial for expanding our advanced AI solutions portfolio across vital government, enterprise, and strategic sectors.

You will be responsible for owning and executing strategic account growth plans, building strong relationships with executive stakeholders, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. The position involves identifying and capitalizing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within our AI, Computer Vision, LLM, STT, and Agentic AI offerings, managing the entire sales cycle from inception to closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise and government accounts.
  • Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Achieve and exceed annual revenue and gross margin targets.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across AI, Computer Vision, Large Language Models (LLMs), Speech-to-Text (STT), and Agentic AI solutions.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract closure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling AI, Data, Cloud, Analytics, or Enterprise Software solutions.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise and government accounts.
