Key Responsibilities
- Improve sales performance through enhanced processes, accountability systems, and operational discipline.

- Proven experience leading and developing successful sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs, forecasting, accountability, and performance management.

- Structured, organized, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfort analyzing performance data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Clear, confident, and credible communication skills.
- Experience within home services, revenue leadership, business operations, or sales management environments.
- Previous consulting experience is not required; passion for organizational improvement and people development is key.
