Key Responsibilities

  • Substitute for and shadow Business Developers within the Area Sales Manager's team.
  • Manage customer relationships and identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Execute sales activities, merchandising standards, and brand activations.
  • Collect and share customer information to provide market insights.
  • Manage company assets located at customer premises.
  • Utilize digital tools for real-time insights and field effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team Leaders, Area Sales Managers, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • University degree (AEI/TEI or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in sales, Horeca, or small retail is an advantage.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Availability and flexibility to travel across territories within the assigned ASM area.
  • Ability to work independently and focus on customer needs.
  • Strong results orientation and passion for sales.
