Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Substitute for and shadow Business Developers within the Area Sales Manager's team.
- Manage customer relationships and identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Execute sales activities, merchandising standards, and brand activations.
- Collect and share customer information to provide market insights.
- Manage company assets located at customer premises.
- Utilize digital tools for real-time insights and field effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Sales Team Leaders, Area Sales Managers, and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- University degree (AEI/TEI or equivalent).
- Previous experience in sales, Horeca, or small retail is an advantage.
- Valid driving license.
- Availability and flexibility to travel across territories within the assigned ASM area.
- Ability to work independently and focus on customer needs.
- Strong results orientation and passion for sales.
