Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Hundred Oak Investment Limited within assigned territories
- Drive product sales and consistently achieve set sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with market traders, wholesalers, retailers, and customers
- Develop new business opportunities and expand market coverage
- Submit daily sales reports and market intelligence feedback to management
- Ensure product visibility and availability within assigned markets
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive brand representation at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience in open market or field sales, preferably within the FMCG or alcoholic beverage industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales reporting and data management
- Must possess a valid driver's licence
- Smart, presentable, and professional appearance (smart casual dressing required)
- Comfortable using commercial transportation for daily field movement (movement allowance provided)
- Must reside within the preferred location or be genuinely willing to relocate
- Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to work independently
