Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, media agencies, film/TV producers, and high-net-worth individuals
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of inbound and outbound leads
  • Lead client pitches, presentations, and negotiations to close profitable deals
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Drive repeat business and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
  • Develop and propose new products, services, and revenue-generating packages
  • Build strategic partnerships with sponsors, vendors, and industry stakeholders
  • Support expansion initiatives including studio rentals, training programs, and regional partnerships
  • Develop sales materials, case studies, and tailored pitch decks
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance digital presence across platforms (Website, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Support campaigns that showcase company capabilities, success stories, and seasonal offerings
  • Represent the company at industry events, activations, and networking opportunities
  • Maintain accurate sales records and CRM databases
  • Provide regular reports on pipeline, leads, and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
  • Act as a professional brand ambassador in all external engagements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably within media, entertainment, or events)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools
