We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within the exciting audio/visual and events industry. Your primary focus will be on identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, cultivating strong, lasting relationships with clients, and successfully closing high-value deals across diverse sectors including corporate, media, and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, media agencies, film/TV producers, and high-net-worth individuals
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of inbound and outbound leads
- Lead client pitches, presentations, and negotiations to close profitable deals
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Drive repeat business and maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
- Develop and propose new products, services, and revenue-generating packages
- Build strategic partnerships with sponsors, vendors, and industry stakeholders
- Support expansion initiatives including studio rentals, training programs, and regional partnerships
- Develop sales materials, case studies, and tailored pitch decks
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance digital presence across platforms (Website, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Support campaigns that showcase company capabilities, success stories, and seasonal offerings
- Represent the company at industry events, activations, and networking opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM databases
- Provide regular reports on pipeline, leads, and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
- Act as a professional brand ambassador in all external engagements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably within media, entertainment, or events)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools
