Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Lagos.

In this critical role, you will be instrumental in driving the sales of our advanced ICT solutions, cultivating and managing key client accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team within the thriving technology industry.

Your responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, responding effectively to RFPs and tenders, and identifying opportunities for new territory development. You will also be responsible for tracking sales targets and conducting performance reviews to ensure team success.

We are looking for a leader with exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills, coupled with excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities. A data-driven approach and proficiency in sales and marketing applications are essential.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of verifiable commercial and business experience in IT solution sales
  • Strong OEM relationships with vendors such as Sophos, Dell, HP, Huawei, Cisco, etc.
  • Strong personal sales network within the ICT industry
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies across multiple verticals
  • Experience managing sales pipeline, responding to RFPs and tenders, and developing new territories
  • Ability to track sales targets and lead sales team performance reviews
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Data-driven with experience using sales and marketing applications
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and presentation tools
