We are actively seeking a dynamic Partnerships & Growth Lead to join our team.

This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual who excels at closing deals, cultivating robust partnerships, and driving significant business growth.

In this capacity, you will manage end-to-end partnership initiatives, shape marketing strategies, and collaborate closely with sales departments to secure new business.

Key qualifications include over four years of experience in partnerships, business development, or marketing, coupled with proven B2B deal experience and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in the solar or fintech sectors, along with proficiency in CRM and analytics, would be a significant advantage.
