Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic eye clinic in Lagos.

This role is crucial for driving aggressive revenue growth, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our diagnostic and clinical service offerings. We are looking for individuals who are driven, disciplined, and possess a strong ability to consistently achieve measurable financial outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include generating new business leads daily through various outreach methods, closing corporate partnerships and referral deals, and driving internal clinic sales performance across all branches. You will also be responsible for building and managing a structured, high-conversion sales pipeline and executing corporate screenings.

Performance is key, with clear monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Daily expectations include a minimum number of outbound calls, physical business visits, new lead generation, and timely report submission. Compensation is structured to reward results, with a bonus structure in place for achieving quarterly targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development with measurable results, strong closing and negotiation skills, and a high level of discipline and accountability. Experience in healthcare, B2B sales, or service-based industries is advantageous.
