Job Description
Taela HR Advisory is seeking dedicated Human Resource Officers to join our client's team, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment. This role is essential for providing comprehensive HR support, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a positive employee experience. Candidates with proximity to Arepo, Ogun State, will have a distinct advantage.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee records and maintain HR databases.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Support recruitment and selection activities.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in resolving employee grievances and disputes.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
