Job Description

GTPensionManagers, a distinguished financial institution, is actively seeking a dynamic and agile Graduate Trainee with an HR background to join our esteemed team.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals to commence their professional journey in Human Resources within a reputable organization. You will be instrumental in supporting various HR functions, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process, including screening CVs and scheduling interviews.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
Assist with employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

Completed NYSC.
Possession of at least 5 credits in relevant subjects, including English and Mathematics.
Maximum age of 26 years.
A background or experience in HR or Administration.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
