Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions for our large-scale mechanised farm in Imeko, Ogun State. This permanent position is crucial for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals and foster a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and labor laws.

  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Implement performance management systems and conduct annual reviews.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.

Qualifications

  • HND/BSc in Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an HR management role.
