Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions for our large-scale mechanised farm in Imeko, Ogun State. This permanent position is crucial for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals and foster a productive work environment.

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with all labor regulations. If you are a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for people management, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and labor laws.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Implement performance management systems and conduct annual reviews.
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

HND/BSc in Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an HR management role.
