Job Description

This role is crucial for ensuring clients maximize the value of the Fortanix platform. You will serve as a key technical advisor, responsible for the successful deployment, implementation, and optimization of Fortanix solutions. Your efforts will directly contribute to customer success, driving product adoption, renewals, and expansions.
Success in this position hinges on a blend of strong project management, problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical acumen, and robust technical skills. You will engage with customers at all levels, collaborate closely with engineering teams, and lead technical workstreams to achieve client objectives.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in and lead technical design workshops with customers.
- Design, configure, and implement the Fortanix platform.
- Provide customer training and enablement.
- Drive product adoption and usage.
- Ensure customers achieve success, leading to renewals and references.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Stay current with the latest tools and methodologies, sharing knowledge clearly with stakeholders.
- Act as the voice of the customer to engineering, product management, and other internal teams.
Qualifications
- Hands-on 5+ years of Professional Services experience implementing enterprise IT security and Infrastructure platforms (HSM, KMS, PKI, etc.).
- BE/MCA or equivalent in CSE/IT or any other technology-related discipline.
- Good knowledge of and hands-on experience with at least one programming language, such as Java, Go, or Python.
- Strong technical skills, including hands-on experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, and other DevOps and automation tools.
- Strong hands-on experience with legacy HSMs and/or cloud KMS solutions, including AWS CloudHSM, AWS KMS, Google Cloud KMS, Azure Key Vault, IBM Key Protect, and related key management technologies.
- Sound understanding and working experience of various crypto interfaces (PKCS#11, CAPI, KMIP, CNG, JCE, etc.).
- Experience with various database encryption, tokenization, certificate management, and other key and certificate management operations.
- Ability to work in a highly fast-paced, rapid growth environment.
- Strong collaboration, written, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones depending on customer needs.
