Job Description

As a vital member of our Patient Liaison Team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, offering comprehensive support via phone and email. Your core responsibility will be to expertly guide patients through their entire prescription journey, providing reassurance, clarity, and a compassionate touch at every stage.

Please note: This is a full-time, in-person role requiring 40 hours per week, including participation in a rotational weekend schedule. Remote work is not available, and applicants must possess the Right to Work in the UK as visa sponsorship is not provided for this position.
