Job Description

Shifa Al Jazeera Medical Centre is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Executive to join our team across our Sharjah and Ajman branches.

This role is integral to ensuring our patients receive exceptional service and support. You will be the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, feedback, and concerns, working to resolve issues efficiently and maintain high satisfaction levels.

We are seeking candidates who are ready to join immediately and are preferably holders of a resident visa.
