Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for designing and presenting transformative ERP solutions that drive significant business value.
You will leverage your deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Business Central, alongside the Power Platform, to architect robust solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading client discovery workshops, assessing business requirements, and recommending the most suitable ERP platform based on client needs, scalability, and budget.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and demonstrate the ROI and strategic value of our solutions to C-level executives. A strong understanding of ERP best practices, digital transformation, and Microsoft's technology stack, including Azure services and integrations, is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution design for complex ERP transformation projects.
- Conduct client discovery workshops and assess business requirements.
- Recommend the most suitable ERP platform (Dynamics 365 F&O or BC) based on client needs.
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations on ERP solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Translate technical decisions into clear business outcomes, ROI, and strategic value.
- Advise clients on migration and transition pricing from legacy ERP platforms.
- Understand and apply ERP best practices and digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure successful pre-sales engagement.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics consulting.
- Minimum of 4 years in a Presales, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Solution Consulting role.
- Proven track record of leading solution design and client discovery.
- Strong expertise across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Business Central (BC).
- Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of integrations across the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure services, APIs, OData).
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Licensing Guide and cost optimization strategies.
- Exceptional executive presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes for C-level executives.
- Preferred Certifications: MB-700, MB-800, PL-600.
