Job Description

Coca-Cola HBC is seeking a dedicated Regional CDE Specialist to join their team in Nigeria. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and strategic management of Cold Drink Equipment (CDE) across various locations.

You will be responsible for leading collaborations with third-party CDE maintenance teams, ensuring all services are delivered within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). A key aspect of this role involves managing the movement of coolers in and out of locations and meticulously overseeing accurate stock counts.

Furthermore, you will work closely with CDE, CDO, and Field Sales teams to drive the achievement of critical Key Business Indicators (KBIs). This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to operational efficiency and sales performance within a leading beverage company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead collaboration with third-party CDE maintenance teams to ensure service delivery within agreed SLAs.
  • Manage cooler movement in and out of locations.
  • Oversee accurate stock counts.
  • Secure the achievement of Key Business Indicators (KBIs) by working closely with CDE, CDO, and Field Sales teams.
  • Perform regular performance reviews on CDE Governance (Scanning & Data download) with the Sales team.
  • Complete technical work orders in ERP and generate reports of TBDI CDEs for Disposal RFA initiation.
  • Ensure third-party logistics fully comply with CCH warehousing and delivery standards.
  • Facilitate effective cooperation between Field Sales, CDE warehouse, and third-party logistics.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and develop continuous action plans for any non-compliance.
  • Coordinate the technical disposal process and control inter-warehouse movements.
  • Resolve all technical issues on connected Coolers.
  • Coordinate CDE profitability measurement and manage the CDE movements order cycle to ensure organization and control in accordance with agreed SLAs for improved customer service at optimum cost.
  • Monitor CDE inventories on a monthly basis and ensure assets are reconciled with FAR.
  • Ensure CDE inventories in all warehouses and depots are properly arranged in accordance with procedures.

Qualifications

  • University Degree or HND in a Business/IT area.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an FMCG space.
  • Commercial and Cold Drink Equipment management process knowledge.
  • Deep knowledge and familiarity with SAP, BW, and other CCH Apps, as well as report modules and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking analysis involving advanced Excel and PowerPoint, especially within CCH NG BU.
  • Understanding of in-store execution fundamentals/strong knowledge of RED.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of TCCS needs and practices.
