Job Description

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to lead commercial strategies for its Urban Core development in Riyadh.

This critical leadership role will be instrumental in driving the commercial success of one of Saudi Arabia's most ambitious entertainment and lifestyle destinations. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative commercial strategies that maximize revenue and enhance the overall visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies for the Urban Core.
Identify and secure strategic partnerships to drive revenue and enhance offerings.

Manage and mentor a high-performing commercial team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in commercial leadership roles.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing commercial strategies for large-scale projects, preferably in entertainment, leisure, or hospitality.
Strong understanding of market analysis, revenue generation, and partnership management.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience working in the Middle East market is a significant advantage.
