As a Prestige Account Developer, you will be at the forefront of growing our premium spirits portfolio, with a special focus on renowned brands like Finlandia Vodka. Your mission will be to engage with the most exclusive HoReCa venues, from sophisticated hotels to vibrant bars and clubs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with premium HoReCa customers and key outlets
  • Drive sales, distribution, and visibility of premium spirits portfolio
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow your customer base
  • Lead commercial discussions and execute tailored customer plans
  • Ensure outstanding in-outlet brand presence and activations
  • Deliver trainings, events, and brand experiences
  • Monitor performance and market trends to stay ahead

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales or account management (HoReCa or FMCG preferred)
  • Strong understanding or passion for premium spirits and hospitality
  • Confident communicator with solid negotiation skills
  • Proactive, independent, and execution-focused
  • Strong relationship-builder with customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable working flexible hours (including evenings)
  • MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent Lithuanian + English (B1/B2)
  • Valid driver’s license
