As a Prestige Account Developer, you will be at the forefront of growing our premium spirits portfolio, with a special focus on renowned brands like Finlandia Vodka. Your mission will be to engage with the most exclusive HoReCa venues, from sophisticated hotels to vibrant bars and clubs.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with premium HoReCa customers and key outlets
- Drive sales, distribution, and visibility of premium spirits portfolio
- Identify new business opportunities and grow your customer base
- Lead commercial discussions and execute tailored customer plans
- Ensure outstanding in-outlet brand presence and activations
- Deliver trainings, events, and brand experiences
- Monitor performance and market trends to stay ahead
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or account management (HoReCa or FMCG preferred)
- Strong understanding or passion for premium spirits and hospitality
- Confident communicator with solid negotiation skills
- Proactive, independent, and execution-focused
- Strong relationship-builder with customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working flexible hours (including evenings)
- MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent Lithuanian + English (B1/B2)
- Valid driver’s license
