Join Coca-Cola HBC and become a pivotal player in our dynamic sales strategy as a Key Accounts Executive for the Local Key Accounts (LKA) channel.
In this hybrid role based in Wrocław, Poland, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with key LKA clients. Your mission will involve securing new business, expertly negotiating contractual terms, and ensuring the flawless execution of agreements, all while maintaining close collaboration with the Coca-Cola HBC Polska sales force.
This position offers a unique opportunity to drive long-term partnerships, manage budgets for profitability, and identify emerging business opportunities within your territory. You will work closely with Business Developers and Sales Team Leads to co-create local LKA strategies and implement annual plans to achieve sales, profit, and EBIT targets.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CCHBC clients within the local key accounts panel in the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement long-term client collaborations to achieve 24/7 strategy goals.
- Manage the Pre-payment budget, ensuring profitability for high-potential clients.
- Acquire new points of sale and identify business opportunities.
- Effectively conduct negotiation processes.
- Collaborate closely with Business Developers, Sales Team Leads, Key Account Managers, and support departments.
- Contribute to the creation of the local LKA channel strategy.
- Implement and execute annual plans, strategies, sales targets, and programs to achieve sales, profit, EBIT, and NSR goals.
- Analyze and evaluate the profitability of managed clients.
- Implement annual client plans and conduct quarterly Business Reviews with selected TOP Clients.
- Regularly monitor the local LKA market to acquire new clients.
- Undertake additional tasks as agreed with your supervisor.
- Create sales activities within the assigned market and client base.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Department, preferably as a Sales Team Lead or in a similar role, with demonstrable professional success.
- Fluent in MS Office.
- Communicative level of English proficiency.
- Driving license category B.
